In addition to all of the care we take under our Let Only and Rent Collection Services, the Management Service is designed to take care of everything required throughout the tenancy so that you can just get on with your busy life, watch the rent come in and know your property is in safe hands. All Landlords want to achieve the best rental price for their investment property, so, along with finding you reliable tenants, we make this our priority. We will make sure that your property is advertised in the best way possible in order to ensure it receives maximum exposure and the optimum price.

What is included in our Management Service

These services are included in addition to those listed as part of our range of services in the Let Only section and the Rent Collection section.  It is important to note that if you decide to settle your fees on a monthly basis from the rent, all Management Fees remain due for the entire period that a tenant/s, introduced by Austin D'arcy, remain/s in your property, either on a fixed term, periodic or another tenancy type.  Service arrangement does not include payment of services, these must be settled separately and in addition to your main service fees.
