Securing you a high calibre tenant in the time frame you request at the highest market rent achievable.  This is our standard service for finding you a fantastic tenant and the fee is payable in full upon the commencement of the tenancy for your property and is calculated on the length of the fixed term tenancy. For this will ensure that a high-quality tenant is secured for your rental property as quickly as possible. The minimum letting fee is £720 inc VAT per annum (£600 plus VAT).  Renewal tenancies (either fixed term or periodic) to the same tenant introduced by Austin D’arcy are charged at the reduced rate of 4% plus VAT (4.8% inc VAT).
