Would rate Nathan, the agent dealing with my rental property, very highly. He was really helpful, from start to finish. He greeted me at the property on my move in date and even helped with some bags. He answers emails and messages promptly and made the renting process and paperwork run smoothly. Would highly recommend as an agent for any property. Much appreciated.

It's more than one week we're without the washing machine, the agency seems not too much worry about it, I'm calling and email them to ask news about the maintenance but I have just confusing answers. I pay for a full service I can't believe I have to go to the laundry and spend more money. I'm gonna put five stars once the problem will be fix it.EDIT: No washing machine has been delivered on 9/04/19, we are still waiting and spend money to the laundry store.

Nathaniel has delivered us a prime service and has provided the up most professional manner. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that we secured our new home. From opening the door for the first viewing, to preparing contracts which is usually a stressful process to be transparent. He has given us a brilliant service.

Have been renting a W12 property via Austin D'arcy since 2013 and have nothing but good things to say about them. Any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally and compared to other estate agents in the past, their fees seem reasonable.

We rented a flat through Austin D'Arcy for a year's time. We could not have asked for friendlier and more helpful agents. The entire tenancy went very smoothly and we were also surprised with the speed with which we our deposit back. Gurwin has been a particular pleasure to deal with, we were very well looked after as tenants.
